We are accepting section 8/ HUD!!! This is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom MAIN HOUSE, Then there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom addition built on to the back of the house. We are asking $1500.00 a month for rent and a required deposit of $1000.00 - There is no application fee until you are approved - UPON APPROVAL - There will be a $35.00 fee for 1 adult and a $50.00 fee for 2 adults. We do provide a stove. We do not provide a refrigerator. No pets are allowed (Our Apologies).
*** We do have a few small Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs (if self pay)
3.)We will need a copy of the piece of paper in your HUD packet that has the room count (unit size)
4.) If self pay there will be an added charge of $49.95 a month for renters insurance. (if you have your on you can opt out)
