We are Accepting HUD on this property. - We have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. !~ We are asking $1350.00 a month for rent and a 1 time required deposit of $800.00. Requirements:
1.) We ask that you make 3 times the rental rate/ if HUD bring RTA packet UPON APPROVAL, initial, sign and turn in with deposit and app fee.
2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay
3.)The Resident's benefit package (renters Insurance) $49.95 added monthly fee - only for self paying applicants, this does not include HUD applicants.
4) Lastly, We will need a copy of your I.D.
